To make an cancellation, simply  e-mail us at

an Authorization cancellation is needed to cancel any pending or shipped orders.

Any order Cancelled must be placed by     e-mail within 7 business days & must have an e-mail Cancellation confirmation Authorization required to cancel  any pending or placed orders.

All Items cancelled must be refused If Delivered for Full Refund or  returned unopened within 7 business Days for Refund Less S&H. And delivered back to original sticker address only to receive credit Refund less Shipping & Handling. and must be returned back with freight Delivery with Tracking only, UPS , Fedex, Dhl .etc. unopened, new, unused, undamaged in original packing back to  sticker address only.

If  Item ordered is placed & No  Cancellation authorization  e-mail is Confirmed & Items are delivered, Shipped & Signed for. No Credit shall be given without prior approval.

All placed orders online receipt or packing slip dated within 7 Business days is required for all cancellations.

Please note that We will accept cancellations only after a cancellation authorization has been obtained by e-mail, items must be unopened, new, unused in original packaging. shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items.  All items must be returned only via Freight Service, UPS, FEDex, Dhl etc with Signature Required & must provide us of tracking number.

Some items cannot be returned if opened.

All returns or exchanges will be needed to return to manufacturer.
